What is the ‘Ad Rotator’ plugin?

A while ago I found a super great widget to rotate pieces of code random in the widgetized sidebar. But I needed something like that in my page header and footer. So I developed a plugin that can actually display pieces of code at random anywhere in wordpress!

Ad Rotator lets you pre-define up to 10 advertisement boxes. Each box can contain multiple advertisement codes. Well it can be any kind of code you like, not necessarily an advertisement :). It takes html, js and php code.

How to use this plugin? Simply use <?php display_ad_box(ad box number); ?> anywhere in your page, post or template you like. You can use it as often as you like.

The ad rotator configuration options are to be found under the Options menu of the Wordpress Admin control panel.

Example code 1, refresh the page to see the next random advertisement. The advertisements are banners. I only put in 3 banners to be rotated, so hit refresh a lot as it randomly displays 1 of the 3 ads you could just as well see the same one more often
